The City of City engaged us for the The 2018 Volunteer Ambassador Program. This educational program was designed for City of Sydney Kiosk Tour guides, who are typically the first point of contact for international tourists arriving in Circular Quay.

We were selected from a tender process to design, implement and manage a training program that would educate ambassadors about the lesser known cultural precincts in Sydney. The ambassadors could then impart this new knowledge to incoming international tourists.

The 6-month training program involved researching, designing and implementing 20 educational tours through 6 cultural precincts of Sydney. With a focus on history, architecture, art, food and retail, the tours involved engaging and promoting over 6 local independent businesses for meets, talks and tastings.
